Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using AI Interior Design (the "App") or visiting www.interiordesignerai.app(the "Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App or Website.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rocket Digital Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a company incorporated in Hong Kong.

2. License to Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use AI Interior Design for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Modify, copy, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer or decompile the App
• Sell, sublicense, or transfer your rights to any third party
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent

3. User Content

By uploading room photographs or other content to AI Interior Design, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and store that content solely for the purpose of providing the AI interior design service to you.

You represent and warrant that: (a) you own or have the right to use the content you upload; (b) your content does not violate any third party's rights; and (c) your content does not contain any illegal, offensive, or inappropriate material.

We do not claim ownership of your room photographs. You retain all rights to your original content.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI Interior Design uses artificial intelligence to generate room redesign images ("AI-Generated Designs"). You acknowledge that:

• AI-Generated Designs are for visualization and inspiration purposes only
• Results may vary and are not guaranteed to be accurate representations of how physical changes would appear
• AI-Generated Designs should not be used as the sole basis for renovation, construction, or purchasing decisions without professional consultation
• Structural changes, load-bearing wall modifications, plumbing, and electrical work require licensed professionals regardless of any AI visualization
• The Company is not responsible for any decisions made based on AI-Generated Designs

AI-Generated Designs produced in the App are owned by you for personal use. Commercial use of AI-Generated Designs requires a separate written agreement with us.

5. Subscriptions and Payments (RevenueCat)

AI Interior Design offers optional premium subscription plans that provide access to additional features and unlimited AI room designs. Subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat and processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods except as required by applicable law
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice
• Free trial periods, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use AI Interior Design to:

• Upload photographs of other people without their consent
• Generate, store, or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Attempt to circumvent or disable any security or access control features
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the service
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from other users
• Use the service in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service

7. Disclaimers

AI INTERIOR DESIGN IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-Generated Designs.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ROCKET DIGITAL LIMITED BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF AI INTERIOR DESIGN, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DECISIONS MADE BASED ON AI-GENERATED DESIGNS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF PROFITS.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, through in-app notification. Your continued use of AI Interior Design after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to AI Interior Design at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting the App and contacting us to request account deletion.
